CHAR KONZIER

A 44-year Swagelok Pittsburgh | Tri-State Area veteran, Char has held a wide variety of roles for us, including Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Service Specialist, and Purchasing Agent. She's been married to her high school sweetheart ("Diddy") for 41 years. They have three children and five grandkids. Char enjoys spending time with her family and any day on any beach.

GRACE STEELE

Grace is celebrating her 13th year with us. But, before that, she was Operations Manager for the Warrendale, Pa., branch of Victaulic, a valves and fittings maker and supplier. She and her husband, George, devote plenty of time to entertaining four grandchildren. For relaxation, Grace loves to spend time in her garden.

KARA HAZELBAKER

Dan, Kara’s husband of almost two years, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the greater Pittsburgh area. The couple enjoys spending time with their dog, Milo, as well as skiing, hiking, and home renovation projects. Kara proudly competes on Girls on the Run Magee team.

WILL CASHAW

Our newest Customer Care and Service Associate, Will Cashaw, brings nearly 15 years of proven customer support experience and insights to our Inside Sales team! This Duquesne University Marketing graduate enjoys following the NBA, particularly the Philadelphia 76ers, is a devoted music, art, and fashion fan, and loves nothing more than spending time with his Grandad and other family members.

REID BRIGHT, Warehouse Manager

Reid, who’s been with us for more than 30 years, ensure that you get your orders as expected and on time. In fact, our delivery accuracy is 99%+ – as we do our part to help you stay on-plan and within-budget.

Reid and his wife of 30 years, Kathy, have three children, Ian, Sean, and Elizabeth, one grandson, and Baba, the family dog. In his off time, Reid likes to visit the local shooting ranges and assist Kathy with estate sales.

JENNIFER OBED

Jennifer joins Reid as our Fulfillment & Service Representative. This University of Pittsburgh graduate, with extensive experience in the mortgage and IT industries, will make certain we properly take and enter your orders, address your technical information/application requests, and provide the exceptional overall customer care you’ve come to expect from us. She and her husband, Bob, are the proud parents of Angelina, 18.
